If you need to have your eyewear replaced under warranty, reach out to one of Sports Opticians to begin the warranty process. They'll begin a return authorization, set up your replacement order, and send you a return label* so you can ship your original eyewear back to us. Once we receive your original order, we'll process your warranty replacement, and if needed, begin production on your replacement lenses.

*For Domestic orders only. Sorry, international friends - we're unable to provide return labels to international addresses.

Frames and prescription lenses are covered under independent warranties.

Your frame is covered under a manufacturers’ warranty for one year. This warranty covers defects and breakages that shouldn’t happen under normal use. It won’t cover damage due to obvious neglect or abuse, so try to avoid dropping, sitting on, or letting your dog get ahold of your new glasses!

SportRx-brand prescription lenses with one of our anti-reflective coatings or a scratch coating are covered for a one-time lens replacement. Our ScratchDefense™ and GlareDefense™ coatings have a one-year warranty, and our GlareDefense™ Pro and BlueDefense™ coatings have a two-year warranty. All direct or authentic brand lenses are covered by the brand specific warranty. The warranty covers surface scratches and defective peeling that can be attributed to normal wear-and-tear, so remember: on your face or in the case!

We stand behind our work, and you're covered by our See Better Guarantee! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your new glasses, we’re here to help. You can contact any of our opticians to help remake the glasses into something that will work better, or return the glasses for a full refund. Your order can be remade or refunded in full within 45 days of receiving your new glasses. We don’t want you to be stuck with anything that doesn’t work, and we want you to love your new eyewear!
